Satellite Internet VoIp solutions

All VoIP hardware has to "register" with a SIP server somewhere that is connected to the PSTN to be able to make and receive calls.

This can be accomplished by using:

  • Analog phones conneted to an ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) that registers to a SIP server or customer's PBX
  • IP telephones that register to a SIP server or customer's PBX
  • IP phones that are part of a digital phone system that registers to a SIP server or customer's PBX

In our experience, and after testing many different solutions we have found the following ATA hardware to be the very "best of breed" for using VoIP over satellite:

ATA Voice Gateways - Use with any analog phone(s)
