With it's larger dish size, the 980 can be used with Mobilsat iDirect Service or with HughesNet. The 980 weighs less than 1.2 meter systems, has a smaller rooftop footprint and lower overhead clearance height, making it a good choice for mobile users who need more than a basic mobile Internet system.

The 980 uses a strong actuator to quickly position the dish accurately, normally in less than 3 minutes..... or about 1/2 the time of other systems.

This iNetVu 980 is very ruggedly constructed, which can be seen in it's ability to withstand winds up to 100 mph... even while deployed.
