Transportable Satellite Internet and Voice

The smallest terminals are designed to suit single users. The larger terminals offer a WLAN capability and are particularly suitable for small teams that need to establish a temporary office for an extended period. They are also suitable for users requiring higher bandwidth to enable applications such as live broadcasting.

Unlike other satellite Internet services which require bulky and heavy satellite dishes to connect, a BGAN terminal is about the size of a laptop computer and is very easily carried by the user. The BGAN network is provided by Inmarsat and uses three geostationary satellites to provide near global coverage.
