SCAP :
The format of SCAP tariffs is that of shared allowances
across a number of SIMs that belong to a single corporate
customer/account. This reduces the customer’s risk associated
with purchasing a number of individual allowances that are
then not fully utilised within a given time period. These
SCAPs will give increased flexibility over the usage of
the allowance as any individual SIM (within that group of
SIMs) will be able to use as much or as little of the allowance
as required within the specified period. All SIMs that are
provisioned, do not all have to be activated at the same
time. Inmarsat requires the DP to complete, sign and date
an original copy of Appendix 1 (part A & B) to confirm
that there is an underlying contract between the DP and/or
the SP and the Corporate End User. These SCAP Package Rate
Plans are only available for sale to individual Corporate/Government
Department/NGO entities. |
